Teltonika telematics modules: monitoring mobile machines

Teltonika telematics modules, such as the FMB family, are used to monitor mobile machines such as forklifts and wheel loaders, and free-standing equipment without LAN access. They communicate over GSM. They send Scout the device power state (whether it is on), the module input states (for example whether the ignition is on) and the travel speed (from GPS).
